Madison Street Festival
On the first Saturday in October, Madison Rotarians participate in the annual MADISON STREET FESTIVAL in historic downtown Madison. The Street Festival is Madison’s largest annual event and includes a parade, a juried Art Show, Car Show, Children’s Area, Entertainment, Community Showcase, Arts & Crafts, Information Booths, and great Southern Food. We hope you will join us at the 37th annual Street Festival on October 7th, 2017 where you can visit the Rotary Tent to learn more about our service projects. You can’t miss us… look for the young folks at the soccer kicking booth!
Madison Rotary Club Installs Officers for the 2016-2017 Rotary Year
On Thursday, June 23rd, Pat Cross, Rotary District 6860 Governor for 2015-2016, installed the officers of Madison Rotary Club during the club’s final meeting of the year. Installed were the officers for 2016-2017, President Sandy Patel, President-Elect Marc Jacobson, President-Nominee Tim Stone, Immediate Past-President Gene Pfeiffer, Secretary Ashley Lindley, Treasurer Matt Davis, Sergeant-at-Arms Erik Simonson, Community Service Chair Debbie Overcash, Club Service Chair Carla Daily, International Service Tim McMicken, Youth Services Chair Kimberly Hardee, Membership Chair Emily McIntosh, Vocational Service Chair Shelia Nash-Stevenson, and Rotary Foundation Chair Bill Drake. Madison Rotarian Installed as District Governor
Pat Cross, a former president of the Madison club, was formally installed as the District Governor of District 6860. Attending the ceremony were family, Madison Rotarians and Rotarians from across the district.
